Josh's experience in the construction industry spans over two decades. With backgrounds in residential and commercial construction, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Josh's passion for building high-quality homes led him to establish HRP Signature Homes, a company dedicated to exceeding client expectations and creating homes that are as beautiful as they are functional.

JOSH RUTLEDGE
Owner/Builder
Josh is a resident of Caddo Mills along with his wife Faith, who is a Registered ICU nurse at Hunt Regional Medical Center. They have two beautiful little girls Grace and Paislee. Josh is a former school teacher and coach. He began building with his father who was a Custom Home builder, and found a passion for building unique homes , while building homes with his father.
Rylie Bryant
Administrative Assistant
Rylie who is a resident of Caddo Mills along with her fiance Jace, 1 year old son, and 2 year old daughter. Rylie enjoys spending time with her family, as well as lake days and shopping!
Jason Wright
Project Manager
Jason is a resident of Dallas County along with his Fiance Tiffany and their 5 children. Jason is a retired high school baseball coach and enjoys spending time with his family and traveling in his free time
Garret Hermes
Customer Service Leader
Garret lives in Rockwall County (Royse City) with his wife Hope. Garret is a former high school baseball coach and enjoys spending time with his family in his free time. He is dedicated to ensuring all of your questions and requests are answered and showing you how important each person who considers building a Handcrafted home is to our company.
Jeff Payne
Project Manager
As a former 2x HRP Signature client, Jeff has seen both the homeowner and now the builder's side of the construction project. This helps him ensure projects are being managed properly from both the builder and client's view. Jeff is a resident of Hunt County (Lone Oak) along with his wife Amanda. Jeff is a retired teacher and Coach of Rockwall ISD. In his free time he enjoys hunting and traveling with family
Jeorgia Wright
Social Media and Website Coordinator

Jeorgia Lives in Rockwall County and currently attends East Field College. Jeorgia enjoys spending time with her friends and family, the outdoors, and fishing.
